Despite difficulties in accessing the item which appeared to have been discontinued, you succeeded in locating one after some extra effort. At all times your communicator treated me with courtesy and apparent enthusiasm! It has been a pleasure to have had dealings with you. BRAVO!!!...

Excellent quick dispatch, delivered within 3-4 working days. Constant communication, thank you! After a horrendous experience ordering the same item from another firm, Im glad I came to you - and it was sorted quickly and efficiently. Thank you!
Only Feedback - Delivery time slots would be better so the customer does not have to be home from 8-4 pm....

The order was efficiently processed. communications were excellent. The items were delivered at the time indicated. The handling was appropriate for the fragility of the products in question.
Thank you....

That warehouse turned out to be the Plumb Center who had not got the product I had ordered, but individually wrapped coals. I have no idea if I have been overcharged for the number of coals I actually received individually rather than the number of coals contained within the bag originally ordered....
