Goods received very promptly. Contact by telephone was efficient and helpful. Only problem was trying to pay with credit card, only resolved by BACS payment. These comments apply to previous order last week too. Thank you. ...

Just ordered some bathroom furniture and wanted to say a massive thanks to Rachel for all her help. I must have made a dozen changes and Rachel was fantastic getting me quote after quote.
Thanks again Rachel for all your help

Wasted two days waiting for delivery, was lucky the third time. The only thing making me considering buying from this store in the future was the very prompt and helpful customer service. Overall not a good experience....

good service and price, only downside was that some of the parts were loose in the box and I was lucky they were not damaged.
