I bought a toilet on this website, it was the Twyford E100 bottom outlet close coupled pan with the Twyford E100 Square raised height lever cistern, made for the raised height pan but decided to buy it with the standard E100 bottom outlet pan as its the same as the push button cistern accept it isnt push button, its side lever instead and its great.
This toilet was bought for a friend but had it shipped to my address as he wasnt in and I will need to buy another 3 toilets with this site soon.
When the toilet first came, it was a bit of a pain in the neck to put the cistern on the pan as the screws through the cistern wasnt long enough but the screws werent actually the problem, it was the washer that goes between the pan and the cistern.
I got a new one for my mate and it fitted ...

I have nothing but praise for Steve and his colleagues. I ordered a discontinued Ideal Standard bathroom sink from you. Steve called me and advised it might be better for me to collect rather than wait for delivery with the risk of damage. He had already confirmed its condition as 100%. It was not there were scratches and stress marks. Steve then located another for delivery. this arrived scratched. He then located a third this seems to be undamaged. It arrived on the day stated, three was in good order, however the fixing clips and seal were not present. Delivery driver was informed as it came from Wolsey parts center, said he would get one sent out but am still waiting for it. Luckily I was able to use the clips of the existing sink. Very poor....

Received ok unfortunately wife didnt notice the broken seal on box. All seem to be in there apart from instruction and template to hang cistern but managed to get this online. Maybe could of had extra outer packaging.
In all far better service than last place I tried to get cistern that only took 5 weeks not to get it and another 2 weeks to get refund!!
Good that you can check stocks and estimate delivery!
