My radiator was due for delivery on the 30th, which it did not make. I was informed it would arrive the next day, which it did. In this instance the item had a long lead time for delivery which I accepted, maybe it would have been possible to inform me a two or three days before its new delivery date rather than the day before.... ...Alan Nicholson

Credit where credit is due, recently we have had to use several warranties in our home to fix the cooker, dishewasher and boiler.
