First class service and price! I ordered the cistern lunchtime Tuesday and it was delivered 9.30 am Thursday. I was kept up-to-date on progress of the order at regular intervals.The price, including delivery, was easily the cheapest I could find.

I collected my ordered items from PTS, just around the corner from where I live. Your service has been extremely efficient and reliable. I really appreciate the care that your staff took to identify a way that I could get the items and the courtesy with which they notified me. Very pleased with order and processing. Customer services very helpful and answered calls and emails promptly. However, the courier service was appalling - not the fault of MyTub. They could not find my house and did not even call me to ask for directions. Consequently, package was returned to sender, causing a weeks delay before I eventually received it....

Very quick and efficient service. It was great having email updates letting me know when the package was sent and the expected delivery day. A much better experience than my local plumbing centre where the customer service is dismal. Thank you. Well be back if we ever need anything else....
