Credit where credit is due, recently we have had to use several warranties in our home to fix the cooker, dishewasher and boiler. This order was a complete disaster. I originally ordered these coals to be delivered to my door, before I was then told I had to collect them from a warehouse. That warehouse turned out to be the Plumb Center who had not got the product I had ordered, but individually wrapped coals. I have no idea if I have been overcharged for the number of coals I actually received individually rather than the number of coals contained within the bag originally ordered....

The service is slow! When I order something on the internet postage is normaly under 3 days, but your orders take at least 2 weeks.
