I dont normally reply to requests for feedback BUT this time I was so impressed with service I had to send some positive feedback. You managed to supply items that I could not find elsewhere, there was a constant stream of status updates so I knew exactly what was happening. One part of the order was on a longish lead time and you despatched the rest of the order immediately and managed to improve the lead time of the remainder. The outstanding order was delivered exactly when you said it would be. This is delighting the customer service - brilliant!...

I was disappointed that you didnt have the toilet seats that I ordered but the alternatives you found for me are excellent. With all the different styles and shapes of toilets it is really hard for the ordinary person to go into a shop and pick one of the shelf and be sure that it will fit properly. These ones are perfect and are of outstanding quality.

We have absolutely no complaints whatsoever concerning our dealings with mytub. The item we ordered was obsolete but mytub were very quick to suggest alternatives. We phoned them to order one of them which was cheaper than the one we had ordered and paid for. The balance of our payment was refunded immediately. The item, a towel rail, arrived the next day. From start to finish, we were kept fully informed of the progress of our order. The person we spoke to on the phone was polite and efficient. We can thoroughly recommend this company. Good initial customer service after placing my order online. I had duplicated an item on my initial order so customer services rang to alert me and amended the order to correct the required quantity. Lead in times were quite lengthy 4 weeks for my order so I had to ring MyTub on the day prior to the expected delivery date to get an update, delivery was then arranged for a date convenient for myself. There are an extensive range of Items on the website all of which are competitively priced. I am satisfied with the service provided and have placed a further order with MyTub....
