I am very pleased with mytub, the sales process went well, apart from through no fault of their own that did not receive my order straightaway because I forgot to press the confirm button. I really like the facility of being able to pay by BACs and the goods were correctly delivered apart from through no fault of their own the carrier had a problem and the goods were a day late, but even then it was a quick service....

The delivery arrived eventually although there were some delays caused by a lack of stock and I was somewhat suprised to get a call on the delivery day from The Plumb Centre asking when I would be in to accept the delivery, I assumed that this item would be delivered by post. The delivery was made a couple of days later and once I had retrieved it from the bottom of our recycling bin I was eventually in a position to fit it.
the fitting of the new hinge to the existing toilet set was complicated somewhat by both the new brackets and the screws being of different sizes to the originals. Due to this I ended up having to use both the existing hinge brackets and the existing screws which annoyed my slightly as I ended up throwing away brand new items that I had just bought. The K1 Radiator panels arrived as per your advice. They fit OK and are exactly as described, being good value for money. The only criticism I have is that the packaging was dreadful. The corrugated cardboard they were packed in was completely missing at one end exposing the panels to possible scratching and damage. I pointed this out to your delivery man but he didnt seem too concerned. Luckily, on this occasion, the ends of the panels were not damaged, but it could happen next time....

Service...product chosen was out of stock, we were emailed a replacement which was very nice as it saved us having to search for one. However got stiffed paying an extra £9 for quicker delivery which never happened...so not remotely impressed about that!
