Excellent service. I ordered the wrong part and they took it back without any problem....

Placing the order was simple enough and the item was well priced.
What I found most disappointing though, was the absolutely crap service provided by your designated supplier and the fact it took three attempts to get it delivered, in this case, Plumb Centre, Poole.
As a result and given that you are not supplying direct, its somewhat doubtful that Id use your services again....

Only negative was having to pay full carriage on a few washers which could easily have gone in a small envelope!...
