Item was delivered promptly and I was informed of the progress as soon as I placed the order. Excellent service...

We had quite a complex order, and both Karen and Deborah could not have been more helpful, even after we made changes at the last minute. ...

The price was good but the service was some of the worst I have had shopping on line. One broken promise after another. If I had not progressed the order by phone I would probably still be waiting!
You need to get your act together, I will never use Mytub again.
Still convinced you write the rave reviews yourself.
Frank.

Dear Frank
Good afternoon, I am very sorry for your experience.
No excuses, all I can see looking at the order is we chased this up with the
manufacture a lot. We gave up & got in from another branch which meant it
had to go through several sets of hands.
I am really sorry we did not keep you informed as we should have and normaly do.
Regards
...
