The price was good but the service was some of the worst I have had shopping on line. One broken promise after another. If I had not progressed the order by phone I would probably still be waiting!
You need to get your act together, I will never use Mytub again.
Still convinced you write the rave reviews yourself.

Good afternoon, I am very sorry for your experience.
No excuses, all I can see looking at the order is we chased this up with the
manufacture a lot. We gave up & got in from another branch which meant it
had to go through several sets of hands.
I am really sorry we did not keep you informed as we should have and normaly do.

We have absolutely no complaints whatsoever concerning our dealings with mytub. The item we ordered was obsolete but mytub were very quick to suggest alternatives. We phoned them to order one of them which was cheaper than the one we had ordered and paid for. The balance of our payment was refunded immediately. The item, a towel rail, arrived the next day. From start to finish, we were kept fully informed of the progress of our order. The person we spoke to on the phone was polite and efficient. We can thoroughly recommend this company. I was impressed and would recommend mytub. Mytub was easy to contact, I spoke to people on the telephone who knew what they were talking about and if uncertain would look into the matter and get back to me with reliable information. i could see the conversation history by using the contact us form. I was kept me up to date with my order process via emails. A company that deserves to do well. ...

While the order is NOW complete, it took far to long to deliver weeks rather than days and the price went up to boot.
Over all score for MyTub = 5 out of 10...

product spot on just one comment this was ordered for delivery and a date was given to me aprox date for delivery then it changed in the next couple ov days i had to go and pick up you should not exept an order for delivery in the first place on line i will look forward to your comments thanks stephen...

good service and price, only downside was that some of the parts were loose in the box and I was lucky they were not damaged.

As the goods are delivered buy our own guys from branch, there is no need for excessive packing, the goods are loaded and delivered to you the same day.
