I have found the service very efficient. I searched everywhere for this product and you were the only place to have it in stock. The ability to be able to check on your website about a specific item was really useful and I received a prompt reply. Delivery was quick although a bit expensive. Yes thank you I received my order,everything was fine,the only problem was there were no screws sent with the spacer. I have made do with screws I had in the house, just as well I had them. I am sorry this is not the best of feedbacks,but it is the only thing I can add.

I have just spoken to the manufacture & they inform me the screws should be in the back of the fire & so are not supplied with the spacer.

Many thanks for an accurate service. The parts arrived according to the confirmation email. Just one thing though, I had asked for a price and availability check prior to ordering and clicked through the quote to attach the details to my order, as suggested but the delivery date quoted did not match the final delivery date confirmed by email. Maybe I did something wrong, maybe I did not, either way, it was not clear but I am still happy and will use your services again, thank you....

the price I paid was very resonable, the delivery could have been quicker as the supplier I regularly use took receipt of this days before the actual delivery date.
I thought this would be sent direct
I infact asked how long this order would take to deliver and was told it was with woolsley waiting to be delivered two days later. You would please and maybe have returning customers if the delivery was quicker.

Order came on the day expected, but a week for a small part could be improved.
Part is slightly dented, not as a result of delivery, qa before packing would be good.
I havent fitted the part yet so hopefully the dent wont affect installation...

Fast delivery of item. Not too impressed with this analyser and needed to return as faulty.
The process of getting in touch with Mytub is a bit convoluted but after one ignored email and then a phone call I was directed to email through 'My Account' This was not obvious but once sussed out led to a quick exchange and a returns form. Unfortunately you are expected to pay returns postage which on this item amounted to over £3 as it had to be recorded.
Not sure how long a replacement will take.
All in all its a bit of a pain when the item needs returning but on customer service they have been polite and helpful....
