We ordered a toilet seat which we believe is now discontinued, with my tub.co.uk and although it took some time before delivery they kept me informed at all times and the order arrived as promised. Brenda, you are a star. Fantastic customer service.
Bought a Myson towel rail element from MyTub that sadly malfunctioned after 18 months. 2 year warranty confirmed by Myson. Brenda went out of her way to arrange a replacement part, having to navigate a challenging supply chain in order to get it to me.
Will definately shop with MyTub again.
