Initial customer service was excellent. However despite placing the order at 9am on a Thursday and getting a confirmed delivery date of the Friday the branch that held the part somehow managed to neglect to send it either on the Thursday or Friday. If I hadnt chased the delivery Im not sure whether it would ever have been sent at all! However Jeanette in customer service did everything she could to sort out the error and we eventually received the part on the Tuesday afternoon. I asked if there was anything that could be done on the postage and they refunded it in full. Overall great telephone service but massively let down by the branchs performance....

Excellent communication and service! Such a contrast from a previous company we had used. Wish we had found MyTub before. Would definitely use them again....

I was easly able to find my products and place the order. I was then informed on which day to expect my order and it arrived in good condition. My overall experience was good.

Order arrived safely on time, well packaged. Items are correct. It is satisfying to know that elements from ancient toaster are still available at reasonable price. I shall be looking at "Mytub" again when I need parts for domestic appliances....

The item was slightly smaller then the original which is discontinued. Otherwise an excellent delivery service and am satisfied with the new item.
