Good customer service and helpful contact - when it became clear you couldnt supply the original panels I wanted and to be honest, I thought they might have been discontinued you offered me options and quickly processed the new order and partial refund. The service is slow! When I order something on the internet postage is normaly under 3 days, but your orders take at least 2 weeks.
