I cant believe that I had order online from the UK to get a part in Australia.
The delivery was with in a day of specified of the international delivery date.
I was updated regularly as to the status of my order.

I ordered a replacement coal bed for a Valor highlight fire. Even though the part is obsolete, you managed to get hold of a replacement. We really appreciate the effort in sourcing the part and getting it delivered to us a lot quicker than expected. I was pleased with the product (it worked) and level of communication later into the buying process but was left disappointed with the sales tactics.
I had chosen MyTub because when I called you gave me a lead time which was shorter than my plumber had stated. We were without a shower and wanted it working as soon as possible. Your product was slightly more expensive, but explaining my situation to your salesman, I had been told that the part would definitely arrive sooner. I therefore made the decision to buy with MyTub.
I was disappointed though as once payment had been taken I was told that the lead time was beyond what my plumber had suggested...so I had paid more for no reason. I appreciate that sometimes delays occur, but I was left with the feeling that MyTub were just tryin...

I was very pleased with the product but disappointed that it took over two weeks to be delivered. The web site is good and I would probably use mytub again, delivery problems not withstanding....

Ordered my toilet cistern lid through my tub as they had by good reviews. Even though it took a couple of weeks to arrive due to out of stock their customer service was excellent and my order status was well informed so I know when it will be ordered. I was even able to change my order date! Would recommend to use them....
