Mytub was easy to contact, I spoke to people on the telephone who knew what they were talking about and if uncertain would look into the matter and get back to me with reliable information. i could see the conversation history by using the contact us form. Mytub communications were excellent. I have found in the past a good company is one that when there is a problem with goods or service they deal with it ASAP rather than making numerous excuses. I did have a problem with the order, which was no fault of Mytub, my emails were answered very quickly and politely. The problem I had was resolved and I was kept up to date all the way until I received my goods. Well done Mytub....

My tub were quick and efficient at processing my order also
Were very good at keeping me informed of the status of the
Order
The only thing I felt a little misleading on the Internet
Was they put in big bold type the price of one carbon brush
As the price I thought was a pair as you usually buy brushes
In pairs, so I had to pay more postage and ring for the other
Brush.
Can you please change your browser content to stop people
Purchasing one of the product and thus save duplicate p&p.

Service was great but collection was not made by My Tub resulting in our delivery not being next day but the day after which affected progress on site, main problem it took my call to ascertain that delivery would be delayed, no-one called me ...........
