good service...

I am happy to say that the diaphram washers have arrived at last and they are exactly what we ordered at the start. The wrong washers were sent originally and it took ages for the correct ones to be sent despite the inconvenience of not being able to use the cistern for so long. This has been an unfortunate transaction but probably an exceptional one from Mytubs point of view. Good luck for the future. regards. E S SMITH....

Product, price and feedback to customer were excellent but delivery contractor was unreliable. Delivery was eventually two days later than originally promised....

Excellent product. Works well with my old Stoves Cooker. Good price, but I thought delivery was a bit high at £5.99 for something which is very light.

I was very pleased with the friendly and helpful response from your team when I needed to check precise delivery time. A very personal service! This was a welcome surprise as I chose to buy from you on price and I didnt expect to get such great service too. Thanks!...

I was very impressed with the efficient way my enquiry was was dealt with and how quick my order was progressed.
The email communication was excellent, i cant thank the staff enough especially supplying me with the gas boiler part I required as I was let down my three sites who said they could supply the part.
Thanks again Mytub....
