Really helpful service when I enquired over the phone. Order process online quick and easy. Delivered within a few days and driver was also friendly. The seat was a little different to the original but I supposed the old one was 8 years old - still looks ok and fits properly, but it might be worth mentioning to other customers and having more photos from different views on the website. It was good experience working with My Tub. Customer service always kept me informed of possible date of availability of material and then was delivered too.
MyTub representative was quick to recommend new model as a replacement for an old one.
All in all, will continue to work with MyTub in future....

Very good products and services, but i think the website design lets you down, spend some money on making it more easier to use, for example you want a shower tray, but you have to go through 20 odd other links,
more pictures and groupings needed. too much options,
apart form the website the phones service was very good and helpfull....
