Dear Sirs,
I have had two orders with you, both now delivered. The first one was somewhat delayed and on the second one, over £25 and hence postage free, an attempt was made for me to pick the order up myself or pay extra for a carriage charge due to distribution. I queried this and it was withdrawn and some free tape included with the order. The people I dealt with via email were prompt and polite in their responses.

Hello, the item arrived damaged, I reported this and was told that a replacement would be sent and the damaged item collected. The service that I have received is good but the packaging which I believe was done by your supplier was none existent, just a thin wall box with no packaging whatsoever. Excellent service and communication. Ordered a regulator for Stoves oven which was obsolete, My Tub contacted Stoves for replacement part information. It was cheaper than original item. We searched around the net to find fitting instructions, so less than £25, much cheaper than the £900 we feared! Would highly recommend and definitely use again, thank you!...

I ordered an Astracast sink on Monday evening and it was delivered Friday morning. Im happy with that turnaround time, however the sink didnt have a waste kit with it. Now that I search your site I find it for around £5, but would have to pay £12 to get it delivered. The waste kit page for WK0285 has a link to an Astracast pdf spec where I can see exactly which sinks come with a waste kit included, and for those that dont, the corresponding waste kit code to order. If that same pdf link was on the web page for SX0843SX sink that I ordered, then I would have worked this out and ordered the waste kit too. Or, as with other sites, it would be useful to have a related products link, as I cant imagine there are many people that want to buy a sink without its associated waste kit. Now although...
