Once again the goods, when they arrived, were as expected but delivery dates slipped a lot from the original date at payment. I was kept informed of the situation and, luckily, I was not desperate for the goods to arrive. It may have been the particular items that I ordered that caused the delay....

I have purchased four radiants for a Robinson Willey Firegem 2 fire. My Tub sourced these for me speedily and these were just as expected. I would certainly recommend My Tub for their prompt service. I cannot praise the service at MyTub highly enough. I was looking for an obsolete part for a Baxi fire and they were able to onfirm that they had one in stock.
Unfortunately there was a problem with the courier service, but when I contacted Customer Service at MyTub to enquire, Christine chased up the courier and I received the part 2 days later.
I would certainly use them again....
