Very pleased with the service of this company, as wed had difficulty sourcing the item locally. There was a slight delay in it arriving but I was kept informed of the situation all along, so it wasnt a concern. I am pleased with the shower tray as it is a good product at a great price. I was unhappy with the delivery. It was initially set up for the Wednesday then changed to the Thursday. I took the Thu off and it did not arrive. It also did not arrive on the Friday luckily I was home!!!. When I called I was told there was a problem with the drivers hours and I would get it on the Monday but at any time up to 1800. As I had a plumber arriving first thing Monday this was no good. I elected to collect it from Yeovil at my cost and time. So a whole day off plus a couple of hours and diesel money wasted. Free delivery on orders over £25.00 should not mean second rate delivery especially when it ends up costing the customer. When the wrong product was delivered apparently the fault of the manufacturer that dispatched it, Laurie did a good job in sorting things out. It was nice to have the personal service - definitely came across as a real business that cared, not a call center....
