Thank you for all your trouble, as I appreciate that I had asked for something a little unusual. Thanks for chasing it up when it did not arrive, and am pleased to say it arrived on Momday as promised. Once again many thanks for your effort and service. Peter Radford....

Very slow and your updates were a waste of time as they contained no tangable information.
We waited and waited and all we were told was an estimated delivery date andor that our order was overdue. This went on for weeks.
Not very good, doubt Id use you again.
Regards, D. Brotherton

Dear Mr Brotherton
Whilst awaiting obscure none stocked parts so obscure I don't believe another company is selling online we like to keep you informed that we are chasing the manufacture for delivery as they can take some time to come in. Sorry for any inconvenience.
