Im happy to say you have provided me with an excellent service in sourcing the boiler part i needed. Two other companies had advised the part was obsolete, despite it being listed on their websites and taking payments. Im still waiting for a refund from the second company 5 days later! I phoned My Tub who checked while i was on the phone to confirm they could get the part and consequently it was with me in two days....

I have recently received this order exactly on the day predicted - about 10 days after ordering, as warned. It was a Vaillant VR61 mixer module. This communicates with the boiler eBUS and allows control of the domestic hot water valve at a high temp if required, and of TWO central heating zone valves. It replaced in my case a VR65 which will only do ONE central heating zone valve. This was unused though I had opened it to look at, but Mytub agreed to take it back with a 15% handling charge deduction if I packed it up in original packing. Very good of them, I thought. The equipment itself is German and as with many Vaillant controls the instructions are a somewhat opaque translation! However I shall master them!! With the VRC430 weather compensating device, the system is said to be hig...
