As described, although not sure how I ordered 2, only needed 1.
Postage very costly too!

Part I ordered was delivered very speedily. I needed this gas valve as my heating had broken.
Very relieved when it arrived a day before the date I was originally given, thank you....

Service was excellent with the goods being delivered promptly. The items for my coal effect fire are just what I wanted they are now in place and the fire looks like new.I discovered your website whilst searching for above items and I found it easy to understand and to order goods.I would recommend it to anyone....

Service was good and I would use you again. You tried to deliver the same item twice, which is clearly better than not delivering at all!

I was very pleased with the ordering process, the emails updating the progress of my order, and the aftersales email checking that all was safely received.
Most impressed!!!...

Unfortunately, despite adding a note for the item to be left with a neighbour at the time of my order, and having received conformation of my note from MyTub, the item was still taken back to the depot from whence it came. To rub salt into the wound, Deborah, from MyTub, called me on the morning of delivery to ask what should be done with the item if no one was available to receive it. I wasnt able to take the call at the time and by the time I did return her call, the delivery had already been returned!
