Working with you was a wonderful experience. While we were able to find the part we needed at a number of plumbing supply stores, not one would ship to the United States. Thank you for all your help in tracking down our part and shipping it to us in New York. We greatly appreciate all your help.

Order was not delivered on the day specified in the order update e-mail which was very inconvenient as someone had to wait in all day.
