Had been let down by another online company who wanted 3 weeks lead time to deliver - from order to availability in store with MyTub was around 30 minutes!!
Very helpful lady on the phone (Christine) made sure of stock availability and advised of a store in driving distance which had the stock for colection the same morning rather than waiting the modest 1-2 day delivery!!
VERY IMPRESSED, will be using again soon for my plumbing business, especially with these prices!!...

Mytub was easy to contact, I spoke to people on the telephone who knew what they were talking about and if uncertain would look into the matter and get back to me with reliable information. i could see the conversation history by using the contact us form. After some delay in delivery due to being in lockdown and NHS requiring urgency on their washroom needs ,I was eventually given an acceptable date which got delivered as promised , so I am pleased with that . The product a washbasin tap was as requested and looks good . Yes I would deal with the company again as they keep you up to date with delivery progress....

It was good experience working with My Tub. Customer service always kept me informed of possible date of availability of material and then was delivered too.
MyTub representative was quick to recommend new model as a replacement for an old one.
All in all, will continue to work with MyTub in future....
