Very satisfied, but i have to say was slow. Other places deliver withiin a few days, but thank you all the same, you were cheaper than other places, so all in all, was worth waiting a few more days for....

Good prices but chaotic delivery. First one item had to be substituted and then another was out of stock despite being initially in stock. That was out of an order of only 3 items. All took many days.

Thanks very much.. Please mark the order as complete. Should I order another cartridge when I can get the delivery...

Excellent service with delivery on the date promised. Great communication at all times.
Only gripe I have is that with buying Armitage Shanks products I would have expected that they would have the company name embossed on them as in the past. To me Armitage Shanks is a quality product, the reason I bought them in the first place and I have also written to them to that effect with feedback.
Many thanks
Terry

Very fair pricing and seem to source items not readily available elsewhere. Can take a while to arrive however but not excessively so....

We had quite a complex order, and both Karen and Deborah could not have been more helpful, even after we made changes at the last minute. ...
