To find and order the product I required on the website was very easy. I was kept I formed by email of my orders progress, quickly being given an estimated date of delivery, which was confirmed by a further email. Product arrived on day advised. Top marks for customer support. New bath arrived with a couple of scuff marks on it. Contacted MyTub - staff were very helpful and the marked tub was picked up later that same day. New tub arrived in perfect condition a few days later. Nice bath and excellent service. Thanks....

I was very impressed with the service I received when buying my sink. The price was the best I had found anywhere and although I had to wait for it to come into stock the delivery was on time and the day I was told it would come.
Customer services was excellent with extremely polite update phone calles to my enquiries.
