Great service. Could not believe how quick in receiving the part, but most of all the Mytub team are very friendly, helpful and courteous.

Thanks for your help... I needed to contact Twyford for help with the "S" type toilet.

Was rather disturbed initially that the order would be delayed some two weeks or so. It was not an issue for me at the time as I keep spares of this rather unreliable and fragile item. However, if I did have a faulty part, I would have had much inconvenience.
Service itself was great. i was always kept in the loop about the order from MyTub who eventually delivered. ...
