A first class service was provided by your staff. You sent me updates about my order and the items delivered were exactly what I needed to fix 2 leaking radiator valves. Having searched high and low for the type of radiator valves fitted in my house I was extremely happy when I found mytub on the internet. I received the part next day and the part works. It is an obselete part so I did, there can be no doubt whatsoever, pay an inflated price. I am glad, however. to have the part and there are only a few left in the country so we’ll done Mytub. It arrived in a manufacturer’s box, well packaged. I have the part an I-76 controller and my Uponor underfloor wet central heating system is working. I am grateful to mytub for having the part, and I must say the staff were extremely polite and kind and pushed through at speed the order. I did pay £12 to get it in the 1-2 day delivery facility and in fact it arrived the next day. Super chuffed. I would not hesitate to recommend them and I’m not easy to convince with these type of transactions. Faith buoyed up. Thank you, indeed, Mytub. JHJ...

The wording Does not have an automatic price update please enquire really means the price quoted on the page is meaningless. I checked the stock on the system and received an email saying the item is in stock. The system allowed me to order and pay at the price shown but I was then emailed and asked if I really wanted this colour and if so the price was 50% higher because it was a special order!
As far as Im concerned I was offered goods for a price, I accepted that offer and paid that price and then was told the price is significantly higher. I dont consider this to be good practice and recommend the wording be reviewed.
