Youve been great Christine especially at keeping me informed of the progress of my order and of its delivery date. However they too were very good on the communication front, despite the disparity of dates, and the delay didnt hold up our builders. So thank you! Good points - Item arrived promptly, well packed and as described. Efficient service for a replacement part.
Negative points - My inbox has 11 emails from them, most of which were not necessary. Courier carriage charge of £7.20 was excessive for an item that could have been posted by Royal Mail for £2.80....
