I was very impressed with the service given my MyTub. As I was moving and it was a bit complicated with delivery I was worried that things would go wrong but they didnt. I could always get through to somebody straight away on the telephone who was knowledgeable about the situation and all went smoothly.
I am so pleased with the Katell Galaxy fireplace. It is just as described and looks really good in my new home. Thank you for your customer service....

the price I paid was very resonable, the delivery could have been quicker as the supplier I regularly use took receipt of this days before the actual delivery date.
I thought this would be sent direct
I infact asked how long this order would take to deliver and was told it was with woolsley waiting to be delivered two days later. You would please and maybe have returning customers if the delivery was quicker.

I found your staff exceptionally helpful and very pleasant to deal with. Rachel went out of her way to help me and I am glad to say that the item was delivered early on the Friday which allowed me to sort out my bathroom before our guests arrived. Impressive communication and excellent rapid service.
Would have liked to easily obtain images for a number of items especially baths. Difficult to select without images and more detailed specifications in some sections....
