Credit where credit is due, recently we have had to use several warranties in our home to fix the cooker, dishewasher and boiler. We had excellent service from My Tub. From placing the order to the delivery of the bidet everything went as planned.

I needed an urgent part, this part was easy to find on the website which is great! I called and spoke to a lovely gentleman who was very helpful and friendly and he helped me to get the part on order via the website. My part was slightly delayed as can happen and they were kind enough to update me of this every step of the way which was a bonus!
