However, the packaging was partially open, allowing the parts supplied to be visible. ------------- ------------------ Hello As we use our own distribution the goods are carried from the store to the van to your home, theres no need for any packing the goods are handled with care. Dear MyTub Many thanks for your help. I did contact the manufacturer and I spent a great deal of time on the internet finding possible suppliers. It appears that the part is definitely unavailable and I am now having to replace the cooker, even although it is still in "reasonable" condition. I would like to say that your service has been way beyond what I had expected and that you have gone out of your way to be extremely helpful. It will not be forgotton. Many thanks. John H...

Excellent service throughout. Pleasant and helpful staff from initial contact to delivery driver. Particularly impressed by the regular delivery progress reports and the rapid delivery its-self. One comment you may wish to consider - the delivery note from "Wolseley required a signature confirming that goods were received in Good Condition. This is unrealistic . It would be more reasonable to either delete this statement or give an alternative stating "Goods not Checked at time of Delivery"....

The product arrived promptly and was as described. My one complaint is the packaging that was used. For the single support tube of about 12mm x 150mm, it arrived in a box that was about 300mm x 200 x 200, packed with another folded box, inflated plastic packing and was inside a padded envelope. All that was required was the padded envelope with a stiffener inside to stop the tube getting broken. In these days of trying to reduce packaging, this went totally the opposite way...
