Really helpful sales and support staff, only negative is that the three ordered items were each delivered separately. One of the delivery drivers left a message that the item was to returned to depot whereas it had infact been left with a neighbour. Suggest that items ordered together are dispatched together Itll save on your delivery costs an make tracking easier. ...

It would have been nice to have been told the item was not in stock at the time of ordering.After a couple of conversations about the item I assumed it was in stock and would be posted .
Still pleased with My Tub and will order again in future....

Delivery was not as stated and when I rang to mention the item had not been delivered, I was was simply told I would receive a future email. This isnt good customer service. I rang you and hence Ii would expect a phone call back with email confirmation of when I could expect the item delivered. ...

Best service ever!! A well-known gas supplier condemned my boiler because of supposed obsolete parts. Many thanks a very good part to improve the operation of our boiler unfortunately it had 1 item missing from the kit the 90 deg elbows please can you also put the customers name on the delivery note. It is installed and working well. you could make people more aware of this part and its benefits...
