Despite an serious error on my first order with MyTub I was suitably relieved to have the matter professioinally and honestly resolved as it was apprantly due to a typing error on your webpages which has subsequently been rectified. Excellent customer service, good prices and fairly quick. However out of the three towel rails I ordered one was scratched and another leaked. Exchanging was not a problem but obviously we had to pay a plumber to come out again.

Quality products at a reasonable cost. Items were delivered as soon as they were available from manufacturer. 1 of 6 items found to be damaged but was immediately organised to be replaced.
Overall a Good service and good communications by Mytub and i would use again....

Overall a good service. I would recommend it to others and use it again.
Website is clear and easy to follow, the different part number was clearly shown as the correct replacement for what I needed.
The part availability request was answered promptly the request for a suitable fitter took a little longer but was still OK.
Delivery time was reasonable, but it did arrive one day early good, but would have been annoying if Id made special arrangements for accepting the delivery.
My only criticism is of the confirmation emails. Some were sent in duplicate, which would have been confusing if Id had several different items on order. And one confirmation of despatch arrived after the part had been delivered and fitted!...
