Delivered my items in good time, but had to contact the company to ascertain the delivery day, then found out that two aeration tubes were broken, i then contacted the company who then sent replacement parts but had to wait a week, then had to contact company again to ascertain delivery date again. Very impressed with service . Most suppliers just indicated the part was obsolete. You came back with a further request and searched for a replacement part which worked fine. For an on-line supplier this was explementary service . Will certainly recommend to other gas engineers....
