I placed my order online and was kept up to date with how things were progressing. I received an email to tell me the part was available for collection. However when I went to collect the part it was not available. Apparently someone had sold it. I contacted Christine who reordered a further one. After a week it was still not at the Belfast Depot so I contacted Christine who arranged for it to be delivered to me Free of Charge

Good price nd arrived on time once despatched but a lot of faffing about because you forgot the price quoted on the invoice which I ad didnt include delivery which then had to be paid separately....

I ordered a replacement coal bed for a Valor highlight fire. Even though the part is obsolete, you managed to get hold of a replacement. Can not Remember when i placed my order, but i would guess about a month ago. Kept getting e mails saying That the order had a confirmed date of delivery and then getting an e mail the next day saying order hadnt arrived yet and that it was being chased up, day after day of this went by until eventually it arrived.
I appreciate that it seemed that you were having problems sourcing the item, but it just went on too long. ...

The item arrived on the confirmed date. However, I had it delivered to my work address large organisation and my name was omitted from the address label. Fortunately it included my phone number otherwise there would have been a delay in receipt.
