Just want to thank My tub for excellent service. I ordered a part that has now been declared obsolete by the manufacturer and My tub managed to track down the item and get it delivered to me asap. I was kept informed of the status of my order at all times and I feel I should give special praise to Christine who went above and beyond to source my item and complete my order. Not delivered on time, as for some reason item left off van.
However, customer services dealt with it quickly and efficiently, calling me back to keep me updated. Item was then delivered the next day....

Delivery time on items when first ordered was rather long and when only one turned up instead of 2 I was worried.
No need, the replacement came through very quickly

Thank you, I have now recieved the complete order, I was relieved that you did a price match after not confirming that your package was not originally complete, even after I specifically asked whether the condenser was included !
Both deliveries came before the delivery date causing my sick wife to get out of bed to let the delivery man dump the parcels just inside the door, she would not have been able to move them if there had been a fire....
