We ordered the lavatory pan late on a Thursday and it was delivered early the following Monday morning. Our builder examined it and was very pleased with quality of it. Installation is now complete and I am veery pleased with my new cloakroom. Thank you for your prompt service and delivery.

Just want to thank My tub for excellent service. I ordered a part that has now been declared obsolete by the manufacturer and My tub managed to track down the item and get it delivered to me asap. Ordering online was easy and the delivery date 10 days later, whilst taking a little longer than most, was met on target and the correct item was dispatched. My only concern was that the item came wrapped only in a thin plastic which was badly torn but luckily there was no damage to the basin. However, it seems more by chance and it would have been better if had cardboard packaging to prevent possible damage to what is a fragile item. The was my first experience using My Tub and I would definitely no hesitate to use them again and recommend their services to other. Thank you.
