Finally received a complete undamaged wc! Thank you all so much for your extra effort and perseverance in making sure the reordered items reached us intact. I appreciate that Mytub were in no way at fault for the extra waiting time and have been impressed with the regular updates provided. Credit where credit is due, recently we have had to use several warranties in our home to fix the cooker, dishewasher and boiler.
