Just want to thank My tub for excellent service. I ordered a part that has now been declared obsolete by the manufacturer and My tub managed to track down the item and get it delivered to me asap. I was kept informed of the status of my order at all times and I feel I should give special praise to Christine who went above and beyond to source my item and complete my order. Delivered item in bubble wrap in plastic bag, delivery driver opened bag so i could inspect items2 aerator tubes ok because these are quite fragile.but no problems,good coms del on time, items as ordered.

Goods received well packaged and intact. Because they arrived later than I expected 13 days after order I will not have time to assemble and install before going on holiday so cannot comment on quality of product yet. I was well informed about the progress of the order and received a telephone call to check and confirm the delivery date which was useful. ...

Although what I ordered was the cheapest I could find online, the delivery of around 2 weeks was very long, especially when most sites nowadays offer a two or even next-day delivery. Two weeks without a fully-working shower is a long time to have to wait.
When the parts were delivered I wasnt home, so they were taken to a centre, more than a 90 minute trip from my house, which was quite inconvinient.
Still, I have the parts now, Ive fitted them and my shower is as good as new....
