Thank you for keeping in touch throughout the process of ordering this obsolete model, from factory in England, to safe delivery, Wednesday as promised, at warehouse in Paisley. I was very suspicious it would not arrive or their would be vagueness as to the order in the warehouse, which would have meant an irate husband, who had made a 25 minute boat journey and motorway drive, calling me to "deal with it". That scenario did not happen and the young gentleman at the warehouse carried the heavy basin to the car boot without being asked. Thank you for your calls on the morning as promised, your frequent e-mails, and your courtesy . Well done team Mytub, and all you kind young people, your Mums should be proud of you. I received my order, yesterday lunch time at around 12pm. I must say that I feel a little let down as I placed my order on the 281112 and didnt hear back from you until the 141212 to say that the complete order was not in stock and would not be until January. I asked you to go ahead with the order as you had already taken the money from my account. I then had an email on the 171212 saying that the order will be in by the 070113 only to be told again that the order wouldnt be in until the 210113. I understand that this is not your fault but i would have preferred it if you could have let me know a couple of days after I placed my order that the order was not in stock as my customer was left without a shower for nearly two months....

It took a very long time to arrive weeks even though I am sure that I read that the product was in stock on purchase. This will probably stop me shopping with you again. This was not a complicated product, and hsould have been with me within three days of purchase....

I received the part next day and the part works. It is an obselete part so I did, there can be no doubt whatsoever, pay an inflated price. I am glad, however. to have the part and there are only a few left in the country so we’ll done Mytub. It arrived in a manufacturer’s box, well packaged. I have the part an I-76 controller and my Uponor underfloor wet central heating system is working. I am grateful to mytub for having the part, and I must say the staff were extremely polite and kind and pushed through at speed the order. I did pay £12 to get it in the 1-2 day delivery facility and in fact it arrived the next day. Super chuffed. I would not hesitate to recommend them and I’m not easy to convince with these type of transactions. Faith buoyed up. Thank you, indeed, Mytub. JHJ...
