Good customer service and helpful contact - when it became clear you couldnt supply the original panels I wanted and to be honest, I thought they might have been discontinued you offered me options and quickly processed the new order and partial refund. Delivered when stated and all present and correct.
One minor concern - as with a previous order for the same part, the Securing Pin did NOT have a screw slot as shown in the diagram and description. I was able to use the previous pins, in which I had had to cut screw slots....

Order was placed two weeks ago. Never heard a word. Emailed to find out
what was happening. Recieved "notification of update to order status". Log
in to find it will be another two weeks. No explanation or apology. How do
I know if it will not change again? They are drinking fountain parts for a
