First class helpful service. I was looking for a part that may companies had said was obsolete, however MyTub, quickly sourced one and dispatched it. From order to delivery, very smooth, simple and straight forward transaction, would highly recommend. I have been trying to get this part for 2 months and have been persistently let down, including being fobbed off by the manufacturer, I ordered it from my Tub and it arrived within 8 days! Nothing short of miraculous!
I cannot recommend this company highly enough, my first stop from now on.

I would like to pass on my thanks to Christine and Deb who really got me out of a hole when my original order couldnt be delivered for 3 weeks. They made some phone calls and researched their web content to source me a similar looking product and the end result is that I cant tell the difference between the original product I ordered and the alternative that was delivered. The follow up to make sure the item was delivered for my tight deadline was also a huge reassurance and enabled me to sleep! Thank you so much your help during my crisis was greatly appreciated and the end result is perfect, totally spot on. Thank you....
