Hello, the item arrived damaged, I reported this and was told that a replacement would be sent and the damaged item collected. The service that I have received is good but the packaging which I believe was done by your supplier was none existent, just a thin wall box with no packaging whatsoever. Credit where credit is due, recently we have had to use several warranties in our home to fix the cooker, dishewasher and boiler.
