Proactive response from MyTub team as I had incorrectly ordered the wrong colour to begin with - many thanks.
Final delivery notification only came through on the morning of the delivery but was the day that had been given as an estimate. An approximate time would have been useful extra information.

I have found the service very efficient. I searched everywhere for this product and you were the only place to have it in stock. Decided to purchase the required item at mytub due to the very cheap cost, mytub easily undercut Bristan by approx £35-40 (I am now beginning to wonder how Bristan can justify their high charges). And as an added bonus, mytub offer free delivery on orders over £25, a rare treat amongst suppliers these days.
However, my initial delight was short-lived. An estimated delivery of 10 days...surely you can do better than that. In fact, if it wasn't for an email on the 5th day to the support department regarding the order, it probably would've been longer than 10 days, since the order hadn't been processed.
Once the order was processed though, the part arrived within 2 days. A perfect match for the removed item, and it installed without any problems.

Best service ever!! A well-known gas supplier condemned my boiler because of supposed obsolete parts. The processing of the order was very good, with excellent communications over alternative parts etc. The delivery cost was astronomical, and when a massive lorry turned up to deliver a single valve i could understand why. The carbon footprint must have been massive too! Why didnt you stick it in the post...
