Mytub is also the only place I can find that sell the items I require for my gas fire, even the makers dont stock spares for my particular fire. Thats why I deal with Mytub because they have what you need and at a very reasonable price. Very good communications that keep you updated on your order. I can always find what I am looking for on their website by using the search facility. ...

Hi yes I received it many thanks. Only one problem I thought the basin was included! I thought it was a very good price!!! Obviously too good to be true. I received my order, yesterday lunch time at around 12pm. I must say that I feel a little let down as I placed my order on the 281112 and didnt hear back from you until the 141212 to say that the complete order was not in stock and would not be until January. I asked you to go ahead with the order as you had already taken the money from my account. I then had an email on the 171212 saying that the order will be in by the 070113 only to be told again that the order wouldnt be in until the 210113. I understand that this is not your fault but i would have preferred it if you could have let me know a couple of days after I placed my order that the order was not in stock as my customer was left without a shower for nearly two months....

Unfortunately, despite adding a note for the item to be left with a neighbour at the time of my order, and having received conformation of my note from MyTub, the item was still taken back to the depot from whence it came. To rub salt into the wound, Deborah, from MyTub, called me on the morning of delivery to ask what should be done with the item if no one was available to receive it. I wasnt able to take the call at the time and by the time I did return her call, the delivery had already been returned!
