Having waited in all day I received a phone call from the carrier stating that you had sent 1 by 1 unit instead of 1 by 4 pack of water filters. Is this correct. They also state that delivery will be some time tomorrow. Apart from this problem it has been a pleasure dealing with you. I appreciate being kept informed as to order updates

I apologise for the mix up in the delivery I have contacted the branch and they assure me your order has been re-ordered. The manufacturer in error thought there was only item on your order and so only sent us one filter. The branch say they sent the one item to yourself until the others came into stock. I needed this component in a hurry so went with who ever had it in stock. £12 for a five day delivery time is expensive for what is a small part especially as the order was actually fulfilled by a company local to me a few miles away in West London and not by the company I ordered from who are based in the North East. Ill be looking more closely at local suppliers in future....

Thank you for delivering my order which arrived in excellent condition and on time according to your third forecast of ETA. Taped to the container was a mystery item - a small roll of electrical insulating tape. As I'm often running out, that was very useful....

The quality of the product that was delivered to me was far from the standard that I would have expected from a company like yourselves. The item appeared to have been in the warehouse for a number of years and was bent with paint starting to corrode.
I can only say that the item was replaced within a period of 2 weeks with a quality item. Service response was good.
The original item should never have been allowed to be delivered as there could not have been any quality checks. This was someone getting rid of some old rubbish item. I can only say that this has certainly put me off using the website and supplier again.
